Simultaneously, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Law at Nagaland University. His academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in Law from J.B Law College under Gauhati University and an LL.M. specializing in Business Law from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Nilutpal Deb Roy had the opportunity to intern under the Chief Justice of Guwahati High Court, Assam, and further honed his legal skills through an internship under Justice K.R. Surana of Guwahati High Court.
